stil having the bug , i dont know how to fix it ..

So basically after MTA crashes (any server) , it just repeats last sound that it had, and most of the time its car sound , i dont know how to turn it off, proxy_sa.exe is not in task manager.. Only way to turn that annoying sound off is to restart PC..
