So, I fixed the issue by going inside Safe Mode and installing MTA in there. I didn't have any malware so, thanks anyway!

Hello, recently I had trouble launching MTA, when I try to launch It, I always get the Blue screen of Death. The errors says Apc Index Mismatch. Screenshot of it right here:
