Yes, actually this is while editing the playtest/freemode map by BrophY How can I get the same effect on my own map?

So I see this lighting on editor test but not on my server. How do I enable it? The lighting effect is not only on the skull but also on the pirate ship and other objects. Couldn't find this on the wiki.
