Donno if this is possible or has been previously suggested...... AI Pedestrians and Cops. (Server configured to enable or disable) Like you and a team of real people cause havoc among Vice city. Causeing the whole city to go on riot. Police are riding around arresting people (AI peds) The AI have guns and ride around attacking both AI and the real pleyers. So AI helis will fly around, etc..... I doubt it would work....but hey it sounds like a cool idea.

A good one is Sams Teach Yourself Visual C++ in 21 Days. It has about 600 - 700 pages and is very detailed. Yea.....My dad is a computer security analyst for Boeing, and he brough home the CD for that. But he didn't know an 400+ page instruction book was to accomany it. I need to buy that book. Cause I'd love to work on the MTA team. But hell, i need to know a sh!t load of coding!

Lol Also for my hosters information (And mine) Roughly how much bandwith and space will this take up? On average, with like a max of 24 players at a time, with an average of 10 people a day?

I downloaded the file for freeBSD and heres all the files that came with it: AS IS: MTASERVER0.5 banned.lst motd.txt mtaserver.config In the readme it says that I use the executable file.....what one!? I have MTA .5, and the admin tool that came with it. That's it. What do I do?

Ok i for some reason was banned from this IP:64.246.50.5 and port:2003 and i try to connect and it says im banned. i dont cheat, flame, spam all i do is play the game as fair as possible.

i am not new to vice city. a little to MTA yea. look what i menchiond is what happens i have tested it over and over it goes the same. ohh and my game doesnt lag at all! it works almost better than ps2! well the only time it lags is qhen the car is oon fire and im in it thats it!..... well hopwfuly in MTA Version 1.0 it is all fixed...

OK i see a pattern here. 1 if you pick a character (not in stunt server) and there is another on of its type (sailor sailor) within the ame area (500-1000ft.) the game will display unhandeled exception. 2 if you die and pick the same character than the game will display unhandleled exception. 3 some people have map mods on and somehow are able to cheat and is not fair and causes the unhandedled exception after computer returns from shutdown, hibernate, standby and then you start the game after 5 min BOOP! then go back in 25 min. later BOOP! and then so far its fine. other people in the kill/deathmatch server some how bypass cheat lock and if i am shooting at them with a SPAS 12 shotgun they will not die! one sailor shoots me 2 times and im dead and i have 50% armor and 100% health and im dead him i shoot and it takes 29 shots to kill him! WTF!!!! i mean COME ON!!!! and they move lying down??? i cant shoot them!!!! they have full green bars after 20 shots of shotgun and AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! WHY!!!!???? i ask WHY???????

If i unistall MTA:VC will the game go bact to normal? or do i have to re-install it?

Ok i have Win. XP Pro. SP1 512 MB RAM 40 GB hard drive Intel Pentium 4 2.5+ GHz Linksys Wireless Internet i went to there website and they didnt have anything on enable/diable DMZ HELP Plz i have version 1.0 no mods i have a ps2-usb controller (btw will that affect MTA?)

Ok each time i try to connect it says Connecting... Disconnected: Server is full. (Delay = 10 sec) Or Connecting... Disconnected: Connection timed out. (Delay = 10 sec)
