OMG I GOT IT! The problem was the gta_sa.exe, a download another version and it worked!!!

Ok, done. I deleted 214 malwares with malwarebytes (THANKS <3) and reinstalled MTA. It opened in the first time, but it closed when i tried to get in a server. My GTA San Andreas is Clean, it's the same that a had on my old PC (Win7), now I have the (Win10) and when i run the MTA Downloaded, it opens this "A instrução no 0x00000000667FAD09 referenciou a memória no 0x000000000156CDAE. A memória não pode ser written." (Portuguese-BR) I try run it in the compatibility mode Win 7, it opened the MTA Menu, But crash when i get in a sever... I researched it here and adms told to run MTADiag, I did. And it asked to create a topic with this link (https://pastebin.mtasa.com/648695897). I hope someone can help me, pls.
