Okay i think i have found a problem how do i get the .map file?

How would i possibly make the meta file myself has anyone got twitter or discord where we can speak so they can help me

So i joined a sever earlier and it has the exact ebisu map i wanted so i went to the server files and got the map and went to add it to my maps but i saw that it didn't have the meta file this is what it had, and i need help on how i can load it or whatever.
