I can't connect or join any mta server and when i try, this message appears [CD16] This problems started after i format my pc, I tried re-installing GTA and MTA , restarting router, using CCleaner , MTADiag, firewall, and still nothing. even map editor and local server is not connecting. Week passed and problem still not fixed, Please help and thanks.
