I need scripting help for a project in MTA mostly weekends I'll be on top of the mapping and ideas portion, and perhaps some help with making a server for it.

So I have been wanting to script my own server with a GTA 5 feel, like a phone feature and getting places and such, and keeping it balanced, even to the point of owning business buildings, however, Lua scripting is just not my thing, so I'm hoping I could get some huge help, to really lift this whole idea into existence.
