Thank you Dutchamn101 for replying, long time no see https://pastebin.mtasa.com/733089556 Doesn't work yet unfortunately By the way i remember my previous problem was about not being able to connect to any server, now it's only one and maybe few other ones, which is weird @EDIT i actually managed to join that server after runing the *.bat file you provided third time. Thanks Dutchman, as they say "you're the man" To be sure i will try to join it tomorrow and post the results

Hello, i am having a problem with MTA. I am not able to connect to the server shown on the screenshot, yet there is no problem to connect with any other server I have tried re-installing both GTA and MTA, also moving them to another disk. Does anyone know how to fix it, thank you in advance for any helpful replies.

Thank you kieran, you are a nice guy and i am glad for you giving me the advices above I am currently in the proccess of installing 216 windows updates so after they finish i will check these proccesses and will take a look at my laptop upside down, i do remember cleaning it once but it has been a while. Let's see what is going to happen! PS. Lags are in fact horrible, i am used to them as well as there is no other choice when you own a 2009 device

You are 100% right. It was a tweaked Windows 7 which worked kinda better than the unaltered one, i mean it did perform a lot better on my low-end laptop, which helped even with fps in games such as GTA, but yeah. Could not run MTA using it. I went back to the original one i had and it actually works, but my GTA performance is noticeably worse, which is a bit annoying, but at least it is working now. I will make sure to use the original *.iso images next time, and i think i we have found an issue to that problem and it might be the reason why other people could not fix the same problem. Hopefully this topic helps and brings some new solutions to that network error.

Okay, i manager to solve it again. What i did is i downloaded a program called IObit SystemCare and i tweaked the Tcp/IP settings using it. People still facing the main issue should try doing the same, might help. If you need further information just contact me. Sorry for bothering you ccw, the issue is solved, i hope for good this time.

All the neccessary ones. Steam, skype, chrome, directx, drivers...

Nevermind actually, i installed all the programs, restarted my PC and the error is back... i ran your .bat file and this time peerdist error does not appear, yet, it did not help. Suggestions?
-
Hello, i'm extremely grateful for your help but i have decided to install Windows 7 again, and now it works again. Thank you, the topic can be closed!
-
Unfortunately that did not help! i guess the problem lies somewhere deep in the system, i thank you guys for all your help but i am still not able to connect to a server. I guess i will install a clean OS again and see what happens.
-
Hello kieran, thank you for posting your solution, hopefully it is going to work for me as well, going to try it right now, cheers

Hello Dutchman101, i did install the exact driver you mentioned earlier, the name of my card in adapters changed a bit but that's just it. I did not change anything regarding my local PC in the router configuration, definitely nothing AFAIK I do not have anything installed on my PC except for the default firewall and Windows Defender. It is just weird how the other mod works without any problem and that one does not. I hope i we can still solve it without reinstalling my OS, but of course, i will do so if there are no other choices remaining. Thank you for still being here and trying to find out with me what it is.
-
Unfortunately that did not help at all.
-
Hello. My friend can join any server on his laptop. We are using the same wifi.
-
FYI i've got three peerdistsh.dll things in the firewall allowed programs list (the .dll appearing when i open your .bat file)
-
Hello again, i've executed the sfc/ scannow command, after which just as always i received a message that errors were found but couldn't be repaired, then i ran the batch file, which returned the same errors with dll helper, and basically nothing has changed, i am still unable to join any server... unfortunately. I am starting to lose my hope.. is there anything else that i could try?
-
Sorry, i will try to do that in this order when i come back home and will post the results.
-
Hello, so i did all these steps, you were right after all ccw, the update was already installed when i woke up. Nevertheless that did not help with the game as i am still unable to join any server, i tried running the *.bat file, and there are the same errors, but according to https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/error-87-running-dism-online-cleanup-image/33be783f-6e3f-408b-9d0c-901cd19c14ea?page=1 some commands are just unavailable on Windows 7, got any alternative for /RestoreHealth? Running /scannow again right now edit: same results, found corrupted files but couldn't repair them
-
I could make a mistake by closing it so early then it appears like... i will open it again and leave it now for the night. I will see what happena when i wake up. Thank you for your answer, see you later

Okay so i'm having a problem with the tool. It found me an update (Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64) but i'm basically stuck at the installing window. It did move almost to the end the first time but it kept being like that for almost half an hour so i closed it, opened it again after restarting the pc and now it won't even move. EDIT: Since now when i try to connect to any server i can get the CD23 error as well (Connection timed out)
-
Hello, do not worry i did not forgot about the spaces, it is just that i found the same exact error message on the internet but in english (just so it would be easier for you to read it). I am currently running the sfc /scannow command as advised and will try to do the latter as well. Will post results ASAP. Thank you again and i hope something goes forward. EDIT: so the message you appeared earlier did appear after all. I guess i will have to download the tool mentioned above.
-
Thank you for your kind help, i tried running these commands right now and that is what appears right after I did a quick check why, apparently these commands can not be run on OS older than Windows 8, i do not know if that is true though.

Thank you Dutchman101 for joining the topic. I have tried installing the MTA in another directory, unfortunately that did not work as well. I tried running your *.bat file, but that's what it says In english it basically means that "Couldn't find the following DLL helper..."
