Hello I have a fps problem on MTA and GTA SA . When i stop playing the game and i returned to it , i have only 1 fps just like that. I've done nothing to my PC. I've tried installing a mod that gives me more fps and promgrams that are disabling reduction of fps . All of this doesn't work.Sometimes the visual changing of my pc works and it's fixing the problem but when i restart my pc and turn it on , the problem still exist.I have tried reinstalling MTA and GTA SA but it didn't work.
