How do I delete a object/texture like this? World object deletion tool doesn't work and it does not come up as anything. I'm new to mapping.

If your looking for a English server on MTA,,, The only one is OwlGaming. But, after awhile you will not like the server.

Is there any new English RP servers in the works or something? I already know about VC-RP and MTA Fort Carson. I am just trying to figure out my options at this point. So sick and tired of Owl Gaming RP.
