OK, this worked. I guess I will have to uninstall Cheat Engine and restart my computer every time I want to play MTA. Thank you for your help, I'm glad I can finally play MTA after all the years again.

OK, I have done everything but the problem persists. I hope that the problem isn't me using the downgrade patch, but since it is advertised in this forum I supposed that is not the case.

Yes, I have Cheat Engine although for other games (Witcher 3). I didn't know it's running in the background - nothing in the task manager. Reinstalling didn't help, I just got a different message (AC #4 8DA6 [Trainer]). After uninstalling CE I got the first message again.

The message also tells me to ensure no other programs are modifying MTA. I did a clean install of GTASA but the message stays. What could be the problem?
