nop, it doesn't happen to the whole desktop, it happen to MTA:SA Only

1) yes it happen with me in any other resolution 2)i dont know whats 'Eco' or 'Engine' button or where are they? 3)i tried but when i make it borderless window when i open the game the screen brightness become dark as it is

Hello MTA:SA Community, Actually i'v faced a brightness problem which is: when i open mta:sa the brightness apears normal but few seconds later it turn to a dark brightness while my mta:sa brightness at max like what you will watch in the video: https://vid.me/Nqgz i'v asked alot of friends staff members in my server about a solution for this problem and they didnt know after i despaired i decided to post here and maybe someone will tell me a solution for this problem this problem really annoys me because it sometimes hurt my eyes
