hi, i play mta since 2 years ago and i never had low fps problems, but i started to play again after a year and when i enter to any server i get low fps (5-25) i put graphics at minimum with minimun resolution and the same happens, i also noticed that every 3 seconds fps get lower , almost freezing. i tried everything and i also upgraded from win 7 to win 10, and i get no better. my pc: (64 bits) amd fx 4100 quad core 3,6 ghz 4gb ram ddr3 nvidia geforce gt520 1gb ddr3 with this especifications i should play with no problems... please if anyone can help please
