pls help

Hello, we play Gta sa modded map Criminal russia, with almost every car replaced, in single player everything is loaded with Streammemoryfix, but in our server we can't do chases or drive or walk normally. everything disappears, minecraftifies randomly. What would the fix would be? I set the mta streaming memory to the max (300) is there a way to increase? Specs: i7 3610qm to 3.3 ghz GT 635m 2gb 8gb ddr3 7200rpm 1tb
