How to make a command?Please excuse me but as I said I don't know lua scripting so I paste that code in notepad and save it as Lua file(client or server?) do I have to connect this Lua file with meta.xml?Or none of them?

Am I writing this in notepad and save it as Lua script?And add a meta.xml or I type it in f8(console)?Show me an example if you can.

Hello everybody.My name is GRispro and I'd like to ask you If there is someone who can help me about something I want to make.Well it is a script(resource) which can change country flag in scoreboard.It is connected with the ACL and oonly from there or via a command you can change your flag.Ex My country is GR but I wanna change it without using VPN so with this script,I open ACL choose the country I want (ex Trinidad & Tobago (TT)) and then the scoreboeard show that I am from TT.The thing is that I dont know very good lua scripting yet.Is there anyone who can help me?Please help me Best regards, GRispro.
