I have been using Notepat++ but i were can i get the script editor

I need a script and a meta for a name tag that looks like this after you tell a player to put tag and they put [COM]Fleet after i add them i want it to look like for the clan and i also need a command to add/remove/setrank to give to the Leader of a clan. And how do i do a system that you click a button and get a clan Panel that shows you the names of all players in clan and there Ranks and i need to know how to make clan Leaders and only the Leaders can add people and remove them and so teamshouts and give ranks to other player. And i need a default rank for "Member" PLEASE HELP and MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL HOW TO I MAKE MY SERVER GLOBAL Fleet [Come on Mom] with the Fleet right in the middle of Come on Mom
