Worked last night fine, but I'm having same issue today

Evening, So, everytime I try to log into any server into MTA it keeps giving me a time out error, well firstly, everytime I attempt to login it says 'missing file' or possible virus, so I got rid of all possible threats on my pc and re-installed MTA, but now every freaking time it says netc.dll is missing, I'm losing the plot fellas, I seriously need some help with this crap
