Hey man thanks for your share, but i have a question when i try to register a account it says:'' Adding account failed. Please report this to a admin'' does this mean that i did something wrong with sql?

Heyho. i have a problem, i ordered a vps without knowing it and i want to do now smth because i won't get my money back, And it will be a waste if i do nothing. so is my question is it possible to create a server with a windows vps? and if it is do i need to do the exact steps like a windows pc?
