    Textures problem [ Had this problem for over a year now ]

    Its been over a year now since i had this problem and didn't find a solution, i tried writing a post here a year ago but no one was able to help me out and im really struggling to play in these blurry textures/icons (you can see the screenshot below)

    i tried all the things you can imagine ( Re-installing GTA, Re-installing MTA, swapping gta3.img with the original one (as i did have mods) )

    I believe that the  GTA shrinker was responsible for all of that, because i guess all of this happend after the shrinking process.
