Im trying to add the account but it says this in the console of my game (f8) ACL: Access denied for 'addaccount' The server is hosted on a hosting site, not on my computer, so when im trying to add the account through the host's console it just says nothing, i cant complete the further steps if i cant add my account first i think..

The resource is called npchlc_traffic, i type it like this start npchlc_traffic but in the console of the server it just says this... 20.04 19:53:35 [Multicraft] Server already running

I tryed that but it says "Server is already running" im not sure what to do..

Hey, so i have a problem, i got a server on mta and me and my friends love to play on it but it became pretty booring after we explored everything, so we decided to install some resources, i installed them as i was told but i cant seem to start them, they dont appear in the game and some guy told me that i need to start them but im not sure how, any help is appreciated.
