then how can resource file can modify GTA3.img? curious if u can actually change anything at the MTA Folder through the Resource

hello, is it possible to replace a file on mta root folder with a script that comes from the server? also if u can replace any file, that would be great. and give me some advice how to do it. because some player using modded radar.png on the server.. tnx in advance (Sorry bad english)
