Neurosis

I was just looking for anything that worked, really. I organize the server list by ping but it doesn't really get me anywhere.

Where are all the English servers? Everything within my ping has like 10 people playing, while all the Brazil and Spanish servers have upwards of 100 and I can't seem to find any well populated servers.

Are there any ill side effects from having both of these installed at once?
