Everthing works well on 1.3.3 and 1.3.4. Is 1.3.5 version retarded?

Hi When I am trying to connect to any server the window with "Entering the server..." shows up and after 30 seconds MTA says "connection timed out (CD08) Error: 819B00B". It happens on all servers. I played yesterday and everthing was OK, what the hell? I already reinstalled MTA, rebooted PC, installed Microsoft Security Essentials, removed GTA San Andreas User Files folder. Eh anoni
