SCP-173

Hi guys im new here, so i don't know where should i post this problem, But i got a big problem on my MTA. when i tried updating it, there should be have a updating window, there's a % completion, it's running slow and there's a "Waiting for response - (Countdown)" that is counting 25 - 0, when it reaches 0, your percent will go back to 0%, but if your percent is already 0, then the countdown finishes, the window will disappear like nothing happens. i tried to download the latest mtasa 1.3.5 installer (Which is latest version right?) but after i open it, it gives me an NSIS Error, It says "Incomplete download & damaged media" i try repeating it, it still the same. and i don't want to be inactivity on my server.
