problem solved by itself, guess it was MTA server's problem or something at a bad timing for me...

hello, I decided to format my pc today, installed GTA and newest MTA version, but the server browser keeps finding only 30 servers each time, the same servers each time. when I try to manually connect to a server I want by using quick connect I receive a message that my MTA version needs to be updated, when I click the Update button, I receive a message that theres no currently updates needed since im using the newest one. I enabled MTA on my firewall and still no change. I tried re-installing mta a few times, even changed my IP and re-downloaded a fresh copy of the installation file. heres a screen shot of my server browser:
