    Hi everyone. Since my last PC restart, i cant launch MTA it says ,,out of range 99,4/60" Vanilla and Samp are working fine. I tried to change frequency rate to lowest and it didnt worked, Also tried to change it in safemode,didnt worked too. Even deleted GTA:SA config file but without effect. I think MTA creates custom one but i didnt found it. Can somebody please help me?
