Hi Everyone .. i have a hard problem and i hope that someone can help me with it. when i try to connect to any server of MTAsa Servers, For Example:(MX-Palace Distruction Derby Server) .. it download the map successfully but it stops at downloading the game at ( 0 Bytes ) .. i can see the chat but the screen stays BLACK and it won't download the game. i know the problem which is that the ITC of our University closed the ports used by MTA. IS there any method no matter how hard it is to solve this problem ? I hope someone has the solution D.LUFFY
