Dude, have servers that have new weapons. Does anyone have a script ready for me to use as a base?

in the "ULTIMATE DAYZ" and "TOP GTA" server have two rifles: M4 and M16 Can anybody do this or have an idea? by what I saw on their server, they turn the gun on a MTA object, and put in the hand of the character.. Someone from this community can do?
