When I try to open mgadiag.exe appears that was not found MSVCP110.dll, now what? I can not open MTAdiag.exe

When I go into any server starts downloading the map, when the download finishes my computer restarts by itself, I try to enter again and restarts again what do I do? really want to play mta, my original GTA is no mods and even then the computer restarts qnd finishes downloading the map, why? Someone help me please.
