Can anybody give me a decent tutorial of HOW can I put new 0.3c/e objects on MTA?

Basically I just found a new link for the new objects as in 0.3c, but when I go to MTA, my world won't load, it just stays gray as in I'm in another virtual world and just SOMETIMES I see objects blinking, but that's it. Could anybody come up with a solution?

Hmm.. I have removed some big buildings and mapped other objects replacing them, but when I tested out the map on my server, I can still see the default building there if I look from a certain angle with my character, as it keeps the map all buggy, sometime the default object appears, sometimes not. I can walk through the default object if it appears, but still, it's disturbing.
