Hi! I'm new with all of this and I just wanted to script my own server and I was just wondering, where and how?I don't udnertsand Lua's language at all and I don't know, how to open the software. Please help me!

When i connect to a server and come near to 10-Server's Player Limit, I start lagging every 3 seconds.I can't play well, that's why I stay on SA-MP and people were saying:"SCREW MTA IT LAGS HARD" and everyone else agreed. So I was just wondering, if there are any solutions, please? I don't understand.Is it objects problem, because in SA-Mp there are lots of objects and don't lag. My specs are fine, internet connection is fine.
