Well, I replaced the MySQL but it still is broke.. I dont know what a SaveScript is.. I really need this fixxed

Hello There, I have a Multi Theft Auto Roleplay Server.. I have got my server Up & Running. It has no bugs at all EXCEPT 1!.. The only bug is. When you start you have $250 at the start with /money and 15k. If i gave someone $1,000 or They got money out the bank when you /reconnect it would have reset your money back to $250 instead of the $1,000 you withdraw-ed.. I have looked FAR AND LOW for the error.. I would like to ask you if you know what file or any way i can fix this.. I have looked all over.. I need to fixxing fast...
