What actions have you tried so far?

I have no idea, but it is added as an exception to Windows firewall and gave administrator privilegies. No, I am not, but it is unmodded 1.0 version without any cracked file AFAIK. All the mods, like MTA, SA:MP. Works best with a legit copy of Grand Theft Auto, its the same thing with Gta IV, Gta V aswell. +Buying GTA : SA today would probably be around 10 - 20 dollars. I can't imagine it being higher than that. Its worth it, MTA is an amazing experience after all. Get a legit copy to enjoy it to the fullest. If you're still hesitant and want to try something i can give you some simple suggestions. A - Run As Administrator. B - Re-install MTA and GTA:SA C - Check your firewall, try installing a different anti-virus. D - Repair your GTA : SA directory.

For now i believe it'd be best if we'd put the focus on fixing bugs etc. In MTA, this is after all a priority. And we shouldnt encourage half assed jobs. MTA V, sounds nice. Maybe in the future.

I'd suggest A - Running As Administrator. B - Re-install MTA C - Fix/Repair Your GTA : SA Directory. D - Re-install GTA : SA E - MTADiag.
