The file that you have on your PC is MSVCP100 but the missing one is MSVCP110

Manually reset your router through pressing the small button inside a hole. Keep it pressed, turn on the router wait for 5 seconds till all the indicators blink and let it go. Find the default user name and password from the manufacturer's site.
