I don't want a marker i'll map a base for taxi drivers with cars locked from them and i want just when they get in the car the job starts

Well guys i need some help in taxi driver job what i want is a help well i created one but it was because it's with a marker what i want is a job when a taxi driver spawn and get a taxi driver and someone get in with him he can get with him of course it's locked to a team "Taxi drivers" and what i thinked about it will be related about getPlayerTeam , GetPlayerName, onVehicleEnter but i didn't exactly how to merge them all in one script can someone help me please
