MTA worked .. thanks .. but please tell me its problem cuz if this problem exists again i can fix it , please.

everytime i open MTA this hello window appears http://puu.sh/3wf6n.jpg and stays for more than 5mins .. then another small window come saying >> GTA: San Adreas didnt't launch correctly , do you want to terminate it ? >> Yes , No .. i say no then after 10mins it enters the game .. to enter to the main page it stays about 15mins . i did every single thing .. re installed MTA , re installed GTA .. updated everything please help.
