I did that, still getting the same error.

No. Still getting vorbisfile.dll error.

On the second link, It says there is nothing to extract and when I try to open it, it states it is invalid or corrupted.

When I run MTADiag I get the error message that its not a valid Win32 application.

I've tried this GTA on another computer, which worked. Although I cannot play on that PC.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

When I try to run GTA: SA by itself, I get the error VorbisFile.dll is not found. Also, When I try to run MTA I get the error that it failed to load loader.dll, Error 5: Access is denied.
