Actually we have a server with plesk.But we are now unable to create extra FTP accounts.If we do so and try to login it take us to " / " but actually it is the main path of server and if we try to open any folder like home it says permission denined

That's really weird. The billing panel is up and running perfectly fine. Try to use another browser perhaps? As we believe in open source we are using GamepanelX, but there is alot modified. We are also making our own panel in the meanwhile. We are planning to make everything custom made by the end of january. Hello. I am trying to host a MTA server from my VPS which is using CentOS And TCAdmin. So when i create a MTA server.and after creation it takes me to server control panel. Check the screen. And when i try to connect it fails.Plz help me.

Hello! I have just bought a new VPS from name cheap,And i have installed TCAdmin in it but when i create a new server of MTA it fails.I can that the server is running But i get a label near running (Pid 0).And if i try to connect to the server it fails!Please help me!
