Sorry for not posting here for a long time. My crashes has been reduced to once a crash in a week. I am glad about it. Shame it just can't be permanently fixed though.

Updated the drivers with the links you provided. http://pastebin.mtasa.com/807156108 I only play on CIT servers, so I don't know if it occurs only on CIT. Sometimes when I enter a interior/house/another area where players are inside, my MTA freezes up aswell.
