[MTA problem]

Everything was good, till today when again map download progress was going slow, i exited the game and when i tried once again to run it, the game didn't even run, it crashed immediately after i clicked on the icon. [MTA problem]

Well i'm playing MTA for a long time and i play on only one server, never on other servers. Everything was going good, but in the last days i couldn't enter in the server. When i try to connect to the server the screen is black and the (Map download progress)starts but it's very slowly downloading and when the map finishes downloading the screen stays black except in the upper left corner where the is text(Connected! MTA 1.3.2. etc etc). Also i tried to connect to the other servers, in some of them i can enter, but in others it's the same(Map download progress takes years to be downloaded). I tested my ping and speed at pingtest.net and speedtest.net, the results were good, also i reinstalled MTA few times, i cleaned my registry, i scanned for viruses etc, but still connecting to some servers is fast, while connecting to other other servers takes years. What should i do?
