another error saying missing zlib1.dll

hey this is giving an error for saying libeay32.dll is missing. why is this happening.

no man. even if i use a mod it would get deleted when i uninstall the game ... is there any thing to do with the register files with this error

hey our server admin has inroduced an anti cheat system and now im getting an error like the picture below but others dont. full remove the gta:sa and mta and install them but still im getting that error can some one help me pleasee sorry for my bad english
