Not my mouse. I have a brand-new Mad Catz Cyborg R.A.T. 7.

Whenever I am stationary, whether it be on foot or in a vehicle, or when I use a weapon aim feature, my camera starts panning to the right uncontrollably. How do I fix this? It makes the game virtually un-playable for me.
