i did download ,but its not working , when i open mtadiag it gives me an error thats it should i export the 2 files in MTADIAG.zip in somwhere specific ?!

hi , since i did a scan with kaspersky , i cant launch MTA bcz i get this error : Failed to load: C:\program files\MTA san andreas 1.3\MTA\loader.dll error2 i did re-install san andreas+MTA many times , changed the location of installation also to another letter D:\ done new download of the latest MTA build , in case i had a corrupted file but now i get that error while instaling MTA also i think kaspersky blocked this file Loader.dll i even tryed and downlaoded a seperate file loader.dll i found in internet without any results i unistalled that dammned kaspersky , tryied to delete some of it's keys in registery and still not work , this happend to me before , but i waas about to format my pc that time so i didnt care , but now i cant just format my pc to play any idea how to fix thix plz !? i couldnt play 6 days now
