I log into admin and type this command setblurlevel 0 and i still have gobs of motionblur it looks really bad how do i fix this please for the love of god help, this should be an easy fix but to be honest i spent at least 3 hours trying to figure this out.

I turned it off for races logging into admin panel but it's still there in "play" freeroam ect? I would really appreciate it.
