    FPS 36 BUG

    Hi I have a problem in MTA, my FPS locked at 36 like a v-sync. My settings are: FX 4100 3.6 GHZ (stock) HD 6770 1GB GDDR5 8GB RAM DDR3 My FPS is 36! I play any game on High, battlefield 3 at 80 FPS (in noshahr canals [small map]) and 40~60 fps (large map). I play any game and the MTA is limited at 36 fps! Please help me : DXDIAG INFORMATION:
