I tried that thing, but it didn't allow me to even use loco's low co or wheel arc angels, so it didn't work

Hey guys and gals, I am new here I want to ask if someone knows how to make a tuning garage (like transfender or wheel arch angels) wherever you want it Any help and suggestion is highly appreciated
