I guess the newest one you can download, on the install file it says 1.3.1

So there is this roleplay server I want to connect to, but when I connect it starts downloading the map and when it gets to ~800 kb it just freezes and after a few seconds it says connection timeout or something like that here's an ss I tried reinstalling MTA and San Andreas, nothing helps.
