NOthing Change... During the installer It says "Impossible to output files cgui.dll and other 50-60 files" I've Windows 7

I try 3 times to run the installer as an administrator but nothing.. There's the same error installation..

Hy Everyone!! !! I'm Italian and my English is not the best !! NOw, i have downloaded MTA SA 1.3 and when i try to install it, it says that is impossible to estract cgui.dll and others many files .dll format. In practice, there isn't the MTA San Andreas v1.3 Folder in C:\\Programs File. And i must to abort the installation. In the other MTA Version it go and i can play but there is no server in the old MTA. I'd like to try MTA 1.3 but there is this problem. What can I do? SORRY FOR MY BAD, BAD, BAD ENGLISH D:
