pastebin doesn't come on or anything some1 come on teamviewer and test it?

that didn;t work when i open mta 1.3 it comes up browse for folder select your grand theft auto:san andreas installation diectory i selected mat 1.3 gta san andreas and then w8ing for a while and nothing loaded then i select the rockstar games folder same thing nothing and my (rockstar games folder is empty) when i cancell the browser it say registry entry are missing some help me please

help me when i click on mta san andreas 1.3 it come up like this stop playing with yourself loading..... then it comes up browse for foler, when i close it is say please start grand theft auto san andreas what do i do i can't go on to the menu were it say connect to server and that help me what i do?
